It stands alone, set back in the snow like it doesn’t quite belong to anything else.
Christmas is often wrapped in expectation—noise, connection, fullness. But life doesn’t always meet us there.
Sometimes, the season feels quieter. More distant than we’d hoped.
This tree stopped me.
At first, it felt solitary. Almost exposed against the white.
But the longer I stood there, the more it changed.
It wasn’t lacking. It wasn’t waiting.
It simply stood -steady, self-contained, and quietly beautiful in its own space.
O, Christmas Tree is about those moments when life feels different to what we imagined. A reminder that even then, there is strength. There is presence. And there is still something within us that can give.
