SUSSURRO D’AUTUNNO, AUTUMN’S WHISPER, DOLOMITES
The beauty of the Dolomites in autumn is like a gentle whisper. Colour dissolves into motion: embers of gold and flame drift between pale trunks, as if the forest itself is breathing. My camera recognises this space and listens intently.
This image was created through intentional movement, allowing light, colour and time to merge into something you feel, and imagine. The vertical rhythm echoes the quiet persistence of trees, while the softness speaks of romance before the weather turns and leaves are no more.
Taken in northern Italy’s Dolomites, this work reflects my ongoing fascination with how the landscapes evokes memory, emotion, and seasonal change. Here, autumn becomes less a season and more a voice that whispers to those that take time to listen.
